Residential care communities: Newburn Guest Home, Winter Pine House and Emory Terrace. Newburn Guest Home (ARF) and Winter Pine House (Supportive Independent Living) are residential care communities for adults aged 18-59 years. While Emory Terrace (RCFE) is our third residential care community devoted to the elderly with memory care needs from age 60 and above, where we provide 24/7 attentive, experienced, well trained staff. Newburn Guest Home is a moderately-structured residential care facility for individuals with persistent mental illness aged 18-59 years old. We provide services with the goal to foster independence, self-esteem and positivity for our residents. It is important that all-out support is given to them in their recovery journey.
