Dedicated to utilizing the most current best practices, ECHO Housing Corp. has realigned our Lucas Place housing program to provide permanent-supportive housing services utilizing the Housing First model.
Our on-site Case Management staff is trained to develop an individualized service plan for each resident that is based on his or her self-determined needs and goals.
